Overview	May function as calcium sensor and contribute to cellular calcium signaling. In a calcium-dependent manner, functions by interacting with other proteins, such as EZR and PPP5C, and indirectly plays a role in physiological processes like the formation of microvilli in epithelial cells. May stimulate cell proliferation in an autocrine manner via activation of the receptor for activated glycation end products (RAGE).

1. FabGennix S100 beta antibody comes in three options: S100B-101AP, S100B-112AP and S100B-121AP. S100B-101AP was generated using a full length protein of human s100 beta/beta homodimer. S100B-112AP and S100B-121AP were generated from epitope specific synthetic peptides corresponding to unique amino acid sequences on human S100 protein, and are cross reactive with human and mouse.

I need to detect S100B protein using a ELISA based sensor. I need to for the primary Ab-S100B-secondary Ab (HRP) sandwich complex on my electrode. So, I need the primary Ab, the positive control (S100b), and the secondary Ab (polyclonal conjugated to HRP).
1. Our S00B antibody can be used in your assays. We have used ELISA against the antigenic protein. Our antibody is affinity purified against the antigenic protein. We can also provide you the purified full length S100 protein. Let me know what amount and what purity you will be needing for S100 and how much antibody is required.
