PD4B-201AP may have minor crossreactivity to PDE4D. Antibody PD4B-212AP does not have any cross reactivity with any other PDE family members other than: PDE4B1, PDE4B2, PDE4B3, PDE4B4.

If it is not possible to provide me with the immunogen sequence itself, could you please send me the amino acid range that the immunogen is from?

Our PDE4B Antibody (PD4B-201AP), was developed using a recombinant fragment for PDE4B comprising of both UCR1 and UCR2 regions of the long-form variants. The antibody labels all PDE4B variants and has minor cross reactivity to PDE4D. We also have another C-terminal epitope PDE4B selective antibody (PD4B-212AP) that has no cross reactivity to any other PDE4 family members except PDE4B1, PDE4B2, PDE4B3, and PDE4B4.

In addition to these two, we also have antibodies that are selective for PDE4B subtype variants (PDE4B1, PDE4B2, PDE4B3, and PDE4B4) for studying individual variants of the PDE4B family members.

Great results in western blot using rat cell lysate (Mesangial cells). 1/5000 primary antibody dilution for 8 hours.
