Western blot using whole rat heart tissue lysate. Loaded 30 µg into 8% reduced denaturing gel. Blocked with 5% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. 1/500 primary antibody dilution for 20 hours at 4°C in 5% BSA in TBST buffer.
