Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)

Mouse pancreas tissue sections. Heat mediated Citric acid antigen retrieval. Tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde and blocked with 1% BSA for 10 minutes at 25°C. 1/100 primary antibody dilution in blocking buffer for 15 hours at 4°C.
