- Thank you for your inquiry. The composition of the HLAC-101AP (lactoferrin Ab) storage buffer is: PBS, glycerol and stabilizing proteins, pH 7.2-7.6. The buffer contains free amines and therefore can not be used for coupling through the amino terminal end. I hope this information helps.

Immunohistochemistry (formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin- embedded sections). Human tonsil and intestine tissue sections. Formaldehyde fixed. Enzymatic (proteinase K) fixed for 5 minutes at 37C. 1/150 primary antibody dilution for 20 minutes with Dako diluent.
