Western blot using mouse cell lysate (pancreatic islet lysate, membrane fraction). 18 µg of mouse pancreatic islet lysate was loaded on 10% reduced denaturing gel. 5% BSA as blocking agent was use for one hour at room temperature. 1/750 primary antibody dilution for 16 hours in .5% BSA + TBST at 4°C.
