Overview
|
F-actin bidning protein which may play a role in cross-linking actin to other cytoskeletal proteins and also binds microtubles. Acts as positive regulator of Wnt receptor signaling pathway and is invovled in translocation of AXIN12 and its associated complex from the cytoplasm to cell membrane. Has actin-regulated ATPase activity and is inovled in focal adhesios assembly and dynamics.
