About this target
Receptor for C-C type chemokines CCL17/TARC and CCL22/MDC. Functions as chemoattractant homing receptor on circulating memory lymphocytes and as coreceptor for some primary HIV-2 isolates. Can also mediate hippocampal-neuron survival. Belongs to G-protein coupled receptor 1 family. Interacts with CREB3. Subcellular location: Cell membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein.
