About this target
Involved in neuronal development and polarity, axon growth and guidance, neuronal growth cone collapse, and cell migration. Is needed for signalling by class 3 semaphorins and later remodeling of the cytoskeleton. Homotetramer and heterotetramer with CRMP1, DPYSL3, DPYSL4 or DPYSL5. Intteracts via its C-terminus with the C-terminus of CYF1P1/SRA1. Also interacts with HTR4, CLN6 and MICALL1. Subcellular location: Cytoplasm; Cytoskeleton; Membrane. Expression: Ubiquitous.
