SH2 domain, SH3 domain. Subcellular location: Cell junction, Cell membrane, Cell projection, Cytoplasm, Cytoplasmic vesicle, Cytoskeleton, Golgi apparatus, Lysosome, Membrane, Nucleus. Expression: Detected in monocytes and neutrophils (at protein level). Expressed predominantly in cells of the myeloid and B-lymphoid lineages. Highly expressed in granulocytes. Detected in tonsil.
