About this target
Transcription factor that recognizes and binds to the enhancer heptamer motif 5'-TGA[CG]TCA-3'. AP-1/dJRA interacts with AP-1/dFra to form a dimer. The dFra-dJRA complex is bound more stably to the AP-1 site than either of the two proteins alone. Subcellular location: Nucleus. Expression: Expressed during embryonic development.
