About this target
Phospho-ENAH Antibody FITC is the FITC-conjugated version of the Phospho-ENAH antibody PENAH-140AP, an affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal used in ELISA, IP, WB and reactive with Mouse, Rat. The conjugate removes the need for a labeled secondary antibody in direct detection. For research use only. Ena/VASP proteins are actin-associated proteins involved in a range of processes dependent on cytoskeleton remodeling and cell polarity such as axon guidance and lamellipodial and filopodial dynamics in migrating cells. ENAH induces the formation of F-actin rich outgrowths in fibroblasts. Acts synergistically with BAIAP2-alpha and downstream of NTN1 to promote filipodia formation. Subcellular location: Cytoplasm.
