About this target
TREML1 Positive Control is a Western blot positive control for TREML1 antibodies. It gives a reference band to confirm the antibody and the blotting procedure are working. Supplied for 5 applications, for research use only. Cell surface receptor that may play a role in the innate and adaptive immune response. Subcellular location: Cell membrane; Single-pass type I membrane protein. Cytoplasm. Note=Sequestered in cytoplasmic vesicles in resting platelets. Transported to the cell surface after stimulation by thrombin. Soluble fragments can be released into the serum by proteolysis.
