About this target
UCN2 Antibody FITC (UCN2-FITC) is the fluorescein-conjugated version of the FabGennix UCN2 rabbit polyclonal antibody (UCN2-201AP). The FITC label allows direct fluorescent detection without a secondary antibody. The unconjugated antibody is listed as UCN2-201AP. Suppresses food intake, delays gastric emptying and decreases heat-induced edema. Might represent an endogenous ligand for maintaining homeostasis after stress. Subcellular location: Secreted. Expression: Binds with high affinity to CRF receptors 2-alpha and 2-beta.
