About this target
CXCR1 Antibody BIOTIN is the biotin-conjugated version of the CXCR1 antibody CXCR1-101AP, an affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal used in ELISA, IP, WB and reactive with Mouse. The conjugate removes the need for a labeled secondary antibody in direct detection. For research use only. Receptor to interleukin-8, which is a powerful neutrophils chemotactic factor. Binding of IL-8 to the receptor causes activation of neutrophils. This response is mediated via a G protein that activates a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system. Subcellular location: Cell membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein.
