About this target
Anti-SPRY3 Blocking Peptide is the antigenic blocking peptide for the Protein sprouty homolog 3 (SPRY3) antibody SPRY3-101AP. Pre-incubating the antibody with the peptide competes away specific binding, which helps confirm that a signal comes from the intended target. Supplied at 250 µg, for research use only. Inhibits neurite branching, arbor length and neurite complexity. Inhibits EGF-mediated p42/44 ERK signaling. Negatively regulates the MAPK cascade, resulting in a reduction of extracellular matrix protein accumulation. May function as an antagonist of fibroblast growth factor (FGF) pathways and may negatively modulate respiratory organogenesis. Subcellular location: Cytoplasm.
