About this target
Anti-SPRY3 Antibody FITC is the FITC-conjugated version of the Protein sprouty homolog 3 (SPRY3) antibody SPRY3-101AP, an affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal and reactive with Human. The conjugate removes the need for a labeled secondary antibody in direct detection. For research use only. Inhibits neurite branching, arbor length and neurite complexity. Inhibits EGF-mediated p42/44 ERK signaling. Negatively regulates the MAPK cascade, resulting in a reduction of extracellular matrix protein accumulation. May function as an antagonist of fibroblast growth factor (FGF) pathways and may negatively modulate respiratory organogenesis. Subcellular location: Cytoplasm.
