About this target
RNase H1 Antibody FITC is the FITC-conjugated version of the Rnase H1 antibody RNASEH1-101AP, an affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal used in ELISA, IP, WB and reactive with Human, Mouse. The conjugate removes the need for a labeled secondary antibody in direct detection. For research use only. Endonuclease that specifically degrades the RNA of RNA-DNA hybrids. Plays a role in RNA polymerase II (RNAp II) transcription termination by degrading R-loop RNA-DNA hybrid formation at G-rich pause sites located downstream of the poly(A) site and behind the elongating RNAp II. Subcellular location: Cytoplasm.
