Dual specificity protein kinase activity catalyzing autophosphorylation and phosphorylation of exogenous substrates on both serine/threonine and tyrosine residues. Phosphorylates cofilin at 'Ser-3'. May play an important role in spermatogenesis. Subcellular location: Nucleus.
