About this target
TESK2 Blocking Peptide is the antigenic blocking peptide for the TESK2 antibody TESK2-201AP. Pre-incubating the antibody with the peptide competes away specific binding, which helps confirm that a signal comes from the intended target. Supplied at 250 µg, for research use only. Dual specificity protein kinase activity catalyzing autophosphorylation and phosphorylation of exogenous substrates on both serine/threonine and tyrosine residues. Phosphorylates cofilin at 'Ser-3'. May play an important role in spermatogenesis. Subcellular location: Nucleus.
