About this target
CXCR3 Antibody FITC is the FITC-conjugated version of the CXCR3 antibody CXCR3-301AP, an affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal used in CM, ELISA, ICC, IF, IHC, IP, WB and reactive with Human, Mouse, Rat. The conjugate removes the need for a labeled secondary antibody in direct detection. For research use only. [Isoform 1]: Receptor for the C-X-C chemokines CXCL9, CXCL10 and CXCL11, and mediates the proliferation, survival and angiogenic activity of human mesangial cells (HMC) through a heterotrimeric G-protein signaling pathway. Probably promotes cell chemotaxis response.
