About this target
CXCR3 Blocking Peptide is the antigenic blocking peptide for the CXCR3 antibody CXCR3-301AP. Pre-incubating the antibody with the peptide competes away specific binding, which helps confirm that a signal comes from the intended target. Supplied at 250 µg, for research use only. [Isoform 1]: Receptor for the C-X-C chemokines CXCL9, CXCL10 and CXCL11, and mediates the proliferation, survival and angiogenic activity of human mesangial cells (HMC) through a heterotrimeric G-protein signaling pathway. Probably promotes cell chemotaxis response.
