About this target
Homomer, forms heteromers with ACKR4. Subcellular location: Cell membrane; Multipass membrane protein. Expression: Isoforms 1 and 2 are expressed mainly in the heart, kidney, liver and skeletal muscle. Isoform 1 is additionally found in placenta, and Isoform 2 is also expressed in endothelial cells. At protein level, expression is present in T-cells.
