About this target
Dnmt2 Antibody FITC is the FITC-conjugated version of the Dnmt2 antibody DNMT2-201AP, an affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal used in ELISA, IP, WB and reactive with Mouse, Rat. The conjugate removes the need for a labeled secondary antibody in direct detection. For research use only. Specifically methylates cytosine 38 in the anticodon loop of tRNA(Asp). Has higher activity on tRNA(Asp) modified with queuosine at position 34. Subcellular location: Cytoplasm.
