About this target
Dnmt2 Blocking Peptide is the antigenic blocking peptide for the Dnmt2 antibody DNMT2-201AP. Pre-incubating the antibody with the peptide competes away specific binding, which helps confirm that a signal comes from the intended target. Supplied at 250 µg, for research use only. Specifically methylates cytosine 38 in the anticodon loop of tRNA(Asp). Has higher activity on tRNA(Asp) modified with queuosine at position 34. Subcellular location: Cytoplasm.
