About this target
Dnmt2 Positive Control is a Western blot positive control for Dnmt2 antibodies. It gives a reference band to confirm the antibody and the blotting procedure are working. Supplied for 5 applications, for research use only. Specifically methylates cytosine 38 in the anticodon loop of tRNA(Asp). Has higher activity on tRNA(Asp) modified with queuosine at position 34.
