Antibodies

Store antibodies at -20°C.  Antibodies can be stored in small aliquots for up to 1 year without any significant loss of activity.  Activity will be reduced by repeated freezing and thawing.

Western Blot Positive Controls

Store Western Blot Positive controls at 4°C for up to a week.  For long term storage keep positive controls at -20°C or below.  Positive controls are prepared in SDS-PAGE sample buffers and are reduced.  Recombinant proteins are native enzymes and should be kept at -40°C or lower.
