Western blot using rabbit cell lysate whole cells (pancreatic acini). 20 µg rabbit pancreatic acini loaded on 7.5% reduced denaturing gel. 5% milk was used as blocking agent for 1 hour at 25°C. 1/1000 primary antibody dilution for 16 hours in 5% BSA at 4°C. Specific 99 kDa band was found.
