I am interested in finding an antibody that binds in the extracellular domain of the Norepinephrine Transporter (AA 157 -234 of human protein, Uniprot P23975). Could you let me know if NET-101AP binds extracellulary?
1. Our antibody to Norepinephrine Transporter (NET-101AP is directed towards the first extracellular loop (AA 1 – 63). Norepinephrine Transporter has multiple TMDs and this epitope lies on the N-terminal end that is pas the glycosylation sites.
