I am looking for an antibody for PDE5. I would like to use this antibody on rat lung tissue for immunohistochemistry staining, immunofluorescence staining and western blot. On the internet I can find some antibodies, but I’m not sure if they will work well enough on rat. Do you have an antibody which you can recommend for this?
1. Our PDE5A antibody (PD5A-101AP) will work in immunohistochemistry staining, immunofluorescence staining and western blot with rat tissues. If you visit the publications tab under the PD5A-101AP product page you can see a summary of several publications that used this antibody. PMID21996373, PMC2997062 and PMID15815584 are some papers that utilize both immunohistochemistry and Western Blot in rat samples. We also have a phospho specific PDE5A antibody (PPD5A-140AP) that has been validated in the same applications and tissues.
