1. We have added glycerol to cryoprotect the antibody or long term storage. Removing glycerol along with other salts may denature and precipitate out proteins. If you want glycerol free preparation of this antibody we can provide that in PBS only, without stabilizing proteins, glycerol, or preservatives. Usually we keep unestablished antibodies at higher concentration of 8-10 mg/ml. These preparations are for conjugation and Fab-fragmentation studies.

Western blot using rat tissue lysate (hypothalamus). 18 hour incubation in 3% TBST milk at 1/10000 dilution. This antibody also works well for immunofluorescence staining.
