I bought PGCA Antibody (Lot Number: A 210.PB2/3.AP). Your website says the target band is 125 kDa, but I received the instruction that it is 135 kDa. So I want to know which the right information is.
1. We have used 10% straight gels that make the MW determination also difficult. In most of our experiments the band can be estimated closer to 125kDa than 135. However, the MW variation in different tissues can also be not ruled out. For correct estimation you can run a 4-15% gradient gel.
